Managing Partner - Field Operations

Blane leads all on‑site construction for Bast Construction. He oversees scheduling, trade coordination, quality control, and jobsite safety across projects ranging from commercial offices and warehouses to church facilities and specialty renovations. Blane’s hands‑on leadership ensures every Bast project is built efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard — delivering the level of craftsmanship our clients expect.

He has overseen millions of dollars in construction work, including office buildings, warehouses, church facilities, rectories, retail renovations, specialty additions, full home renovations, and custom home renovations.

Seth oversees the financial, administrative, and strategic side of Bast Construction’s projects. He manages budgeting, scheduling, client communication, and preconstruction planning for major commercial builds — including medical facilities, banks, office renovations, and large‑scale hospitality projects. Seth’s leadership ensures every Bast project is organized, supported, and executed with precision from start to finish.

His experience spans major medical, financial, hospitality, and residential construction projects, including multi‑million‑dollar renovations and new construction across Louisiana.
